I have yet to do business with them, but I certainly intend to due to the fact that the gentleman and I wish I could remember his name that talk to me about my truck and situation. He talked to me for quite a while maybe an hour never rushing me and seemed to be transparent about the process. Turns out whoever built this racehorse just left the OEM transmission in place when it truly needs some performance type features with an upgrade to my 6R140 such as an appropriate style converter, possibly the lines and have deeper pan also he mentioned they would put a or administer. I have the Truck has SPE turbo and MPD pipes before it on the road I’m going to replace all the clamps stand rubber boots I want it to be all the way ready and it’s taking time to get to it in the first place because I take care of my mother who has dementia after my father passed away three years ago I’ve attempted to take care of all the finances, the properties and everything that was in charge of, but I still have questions for DAD. I don’t have siblings or anyone else to help me and that’s OK cause no one to fight with over current conditions and whatever I’ve never been this long without any vehicle I do b

I had a great experience with ADP. After dealing with another shop that missed several major issues, ADP took the time to thoroughly inspect and properly diagnose my truck. They found that the turbo was bad along with multiple other problems that the previous shop either overlooked or failed to fix correctly. Their team was honest, professional, and explained everything clearly instead of just throwing parts at the problem. I really appreciate the detailed diagnostic work and transparency throughout the process. I’ve recently had my ram 2500 at the shop. I had taken my truck to two other shops they could not figure out a rattling sound I had. Eric and Adam diagnose my truck in no time and fixed it. No more rattling sound. I was about to trade my truck in if I couldn’t figure out what the sound was and they got it squared away in no time recommend these guys to anybody. Great guys and very professional!!

These guys are great. Eric and Adam performed some work on my 2011. After i had it home a few days it just quit running. Turned over no start. I did troubleshooting on it. Messaged Eric. He said not to tow it till he had a chance to look at it. He stopped by my house and hooked it up to the computer. Tracked it down to number 5 injector and set up to come install it. They are a great company to do business with. Cant say enough good about them.
